AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Water Market Leader in Austin, TX. The role focuses on driving the water business strategy for the Greater Austin market and developing strategic client relationships while leading multiple projects.

The candidate should have a BS or MS in Engineering, a Texas PE license, and 15+ years of experience with water/wastewater infrastructure. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, with a track record in project management and BD activities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering is required; MS preferred.
• PE license in Texas is required.
• At least 15 years of technical experience preferred.
• Local experience with Greater Austin area water authorities and regulators is highly desirable.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide water industry leadership and knowledge to AtkinsRéalis projects.
• Drive strategy for the water business with emphasis on Austin market.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients.
• Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects and manage budgets/schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and sub-consultants; QA/QC on complex projects.
• Mentor project teams and provide expert guidance at progress meetings.
