Job summary

Veolia NA in North America is seeking a senior project manager to deliver end-to-end capital infrastructure for water and wastewater facilities. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and compliance to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering and 10+ years' experience, PMP and/or construction management certification; PE preferred. Travel up to 30-40% with field and office work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large water/wastewater design and construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of water/wastewater processes and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of large-scale water/wastewater projects from design to closeout.
• Drive delivery efficiency using robust execution strategies.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and financial accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report to leadership.
• Ensure designs comply with environmental, health & safety standards.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals with local staff.
• Provide monthly status reports on performance and milestones.
• Contribute to process improvements and asset condition assessments.
