Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex water treatment projects from conception to completion, guiding engineers and professionals through design, vendor selection, fabrication, installation and startup.

You will be the primary point of accountability to clients and leadership for technical and financial performance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent field; 10+ years of PM experience; PMP certification or ability to obtain within 1 year;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent field
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills
• Clear, concise communication abilities
• Proven ability to lead expert teams and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all project activities in partnership with Lead Engineers and Sourcing Project Leaders
• Champion quality and safety standards across every project phase
• Ensure delivery on commitments while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget discipline
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide strategic project oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate project status reporting and financial tracking.
