Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• PE designation.
• 15+ years of experience managing substantial water or stormwater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning through construction.
• Provide technical leadership for design, permitting, reports, and client presentations.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee construction-phase services and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal and utility clients.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
• Mentor engineers and develop future leaders.
