Job summary

GFT is seeking a Senior Water Treatment Facility Project Manager to join the Water team in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on designing and upgrading water treatment systems, hydraulics analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance for safe drinking water.

You will lead projects from feasibility through commissioning, manage costs, and support the delivery of innovative, sustainable water infrastructure.

Qualifications

• PE license required; water discipline engineering experience emphasized.
• 15+ years in water-related design, study, plans and specifications.
• Experience leading water design and plant facilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design of water treatment plants and pumping stations, including CAD drawings and equipment selection.
• Perform hydraulic analysis of plants, pump stations, and piping; select pumps and evaluate performance.
• Ensure treated water meets regulatory standards and protects public health and environment.
• Manage projects from design to completion, develop cost projections, and supervise construction or commissioning.
