Job summary

MSA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support our Water/Wastewater growth. You will act as a client liaison, mentor staff, and oversee plans, specs, and bidding documents for municipal projects in the public sector.

The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Environmental or Civil Engineering, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with US work authorization. ESOP and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of Water/Wastewater experience required.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC.
• Client relationship development.
• Mentoring junior staff.
• Oversight of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents.
• Assist with funding packages with funding staff.
• Provide project updates at public forums.
