Responsibilities include directing projects from concept through construction, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and maintaining client relationships to grow business. A Texas license and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas architectural license.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience in building assessments, programming, and project execution.
• Experience managing projects from concept to construction, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
• Conduct comprehensive building assessments to identify project requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop project programs that align with their objectives and requirements.
• Lead the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to design principles, codes, regulations, and standards.
• Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Employ effective project management techniques to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively seeking opportunities for client development and expanding the firm's portfolio.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to coordinate project deliverables and resolve design and construction issues.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts, project progress, and technical information to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiently use REVIT software to create detailed architectural designs, generate construction documents, and facilitate collaboration with other disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants, to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
