HDR, Inc. is seeking a Principal Project Manager - Environmental in the Water Business Group, based in Sacramento. You will direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams across the project lifecycle, establish client relations, manage budgets, and ensure on-time deliverables.

This role emphasizes leadership, technical excellence, and driving sustainable water solutions. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 15 years of related experience, and 7 years PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 15 years related experience
• 7+ years project management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline project teams through lifecycle
• Lead client relations and participate in meetings with stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing and workload across project lifecycle
• Monitor budget and schedule to ensure deliverables on time
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior staff
• Perform additional duties as needed
