Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Florida. The role requires 10+ years in planning, design, and/or construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, including treatment plants and pump stations.

You will lead technical delivery, coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to grow the team’s capabilities in South Florida.

Qualifications

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of pump station work.
• Design manager for water, wastewater and stormwater infra including treatment plants and pump stations.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to regional technical resources.
