Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager for its Resilience Water Team in Miami, Florida. This role requires over 10 years of experience in water infrastructure projects including treatment plants and pump stations. The successful candidate will manage project delivery and foster client relationships.

The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $180,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and 20 days PTO annually.

Qualifications

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead designer of water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.
• Solve complex water infrastructure challenges.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Skills

Technical engineering in design of water infrastructure

Clear written and oral communication skills

Client relationship management

MS Office applications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
