Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field with eight+ years of experience.
• Licensed PE.
• 8 years of pipeline design, installation, and inspection experience.
• 8 years of Mathcad / MATLAB and FEA experience.
• 8 years with pipeline design codes and regulations.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for pipeline rehabilitation and design.
• Interface with client and regulatory agencies.
• Develop design, construction plans, specs and cost estimates.
• Field inspections and condition assessments to ensure compliance.
• Lead technical reviews and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare proposals, fee estimates and schedules.
