Job summary

City of Nampa is seeking a Capital Maintenance Supervisor for the Water and Irrigation Division in Nampa, Idaho. The role supervises Capital Maintenance Technicians, plans and evaluates domestic and irrigation work, and ensures compliance with city, state, and federal standards.

Required are strong leadership and safety focus, plus valid Water Distribution II license and progression toward Water Distribution III. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits through the City.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Water Distribution II License required; Water Distribution III License within 1 year preferred/required.
• Must operate with knowledge of SCADA, GPS and GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, review, and evaluate domestic and irrigation work.
• Lead scheduling, staff interviews, performance reviews, and discipline as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure compliance with safety standards.
