HDR Engineering is seeking a Senior Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to lead large and mid-sized wastewater projects in Central Texas.

The role involves directing multi-discipline teams, managing budgets, mentoring staff, and expanding our water practice to support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience. This position is based in Round Rock, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• At least 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct large wastewater projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets and schedules within approved parameters.
• Establish and maintain client relations and meetings.
• QA/QC procedures implementation.
• Mentor less-experienced project managers.
• Lead staff and project oversight.
• Contribute to marketing and business development.
