Job summary

GBA seeks a Civil Engineer V to lead potable wastewater projects, set technical standards, and mentor a team of engineers. You will guide design and QA/QC across multiple projects, driving innovative solutions and ensuring compliance with EPA and state regulations.

You will work with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality wastewater infrastructure, while supporting client relations and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for potable wastewater distribution, transmission, storage, pump stations, and treatment projects.
• Review and approve complex engineering calculations, hydraulic models, studies, plans, specs and reports.
• Lead design oversight for wastewater distribution systems, transmission mains and treatment facilities.
• Mentor engineers and technical professionals while strengthening technical expertise.
• Represent GBA as a trusted technical advisor with clients and regulatory agencies.
