Job summary

GBA is seeking a Civil Engineer V, Wastewater Lead, to provide strategic technical leadership for potable wastewater projects and set engineering standards across the Wastewater Environment practice.

You will mentor engineers, review complex calculations and models, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting business development and client engagements. Occasional travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with potable wastewater design and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for complex potable wastewater projects.
• Lead design oversight for wastewater distribution systems and treatment facilities.
• Review and approve complex calculations, models, plans and reports.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff across the practice.
• Support business development through proposals and client pursuits.
• Represent GBA with clients, regulators and industry groups.
