Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• PE license required or eligible.
• 6+ years of wastewater engineering and design experience.
• Experience with wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and related infrastructure.
• Strong relationships with Illinois municipalities or local agencies.
• Ability to support or lead business development efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset.
