Kleinfelder is seeking a Wastewater Engineer for our Coralville, IA office. You will work on municipal and environmental projects, applying civil/environmental expertise to design and optimize wastewater treatment systems.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 5–10+ years of environmental engineering design experience, and a PE licensure (Iowa or Nebraska) or EIT with the ability to obtain a PE within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of environmental engineering design experience.
• Experience in municipal wastewater and drinking water treatment design/construction.

Responsabilités

• Participate in business development and client engagement.
• Prepare detailed technical engineering reports and plans.
• Collaborate with Construction Observers and project staff during implementation.
