Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Sr. Wastewater Engineer in Leesport, PA to lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental, municipal, and infrastructure projects.

You will serve as technical lead and engineer-of-record, overseeing calculations, reports, and permitting documents for project success. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a PA PE license, and at least 10 years of related experience with wastewater and water treatment knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of ten (10) years job-related experience.
• Knowledge in Wastewater Collection and Treatment, Water Treatment and Distribution, Act 537 Planning, Water Quality Management Permitting, Public Water Supply Permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of complex civil, environmental, municipal, and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer-of-record on projects.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of calculations, reports, permitting documents, design plans, and other work products for successful project completion.
• Interact with clients, the public, design teams, and agencies.
• Manage engineering scopes, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC reviews.
• Perform and/or coordinate work schedules and assign tasks for staff.
