Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers and engineers on wastewater collection, treatment, resource recovery, and biosolids management projects. Lead technical elements, develop wastewater management expertise, mentor staff, and support business development activities like proposal writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in civil, chemical, mechanical, or environmental engineering
• Graduate degree relevant to wastewater engineering (asset)
• Eligibility for professional licensing (e.g., APEGS, APEGGM, PEO)
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience
• Specific technical expertise in wastewater engineering
• At least 5 years consulting experience
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused with the ability to understand and meet client needs
