Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Wastewater Collections System Superintendent based in Hoboken, NJ. You will lead the operation and maintenance of the wastewater collection network, ensuring uninterrupted service for municipal clients.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a Level 4 NJDEP license (or ability to obtain within 1 year), and proficiency in ArcGIS and SCADA. Expect to supervise crews, manage the CMMS, and coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Level 4 NJDEP Wastewater Collections System Operator License or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction, maintenance and operation of collections systems.
• PACP Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS and data management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs maintenance, operations, and repair of wastewater collection systems.
• Supervises field and shop operations and coordinates with other departments.
• Manages CMMS and documents maintenance activities.
• Prepares progress, time and cost reports.
