Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Wastewater Collections Supervisor based in Hoboken, New Jersey. You will manage the operation and maintenance of the wastewater collection system, supervise staff, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service.

The role requires a Level 4 NJDEP Wastewater Collections System Operator License (or ability to obtain within 1 year) and a New Jersey Class B CDL, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• NJDEP Wastewater Collections System Operator Level 4 license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction, maintenance and operation of collection and distribution systems.
• New Jersey Class B Commercial Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs maintenance, operation, and repair of wastewater collection systems.
• Supervises field and shop operations and coordinates with other departments.
• Manages CMMS and ensures work is documented and completed on time.
• Prepares progress, time, and cost reports; develops work programs and budgets.
