Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating shift of days and nights.

• Ability to read production instructions, quality specifications, and safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate warping machines to wind yarns onto beams per specs.
• Set up machines including threading and yarn path verification.
• Monitor tension and alignment for quality during warping.
• Inspect yarn/beams for defects and correct issues promptly.
• Record production data and quality checks in plant systems.
• Follow Milliken safety policies and lockout/tagout when needed.
