Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or textile experience preferred.
• Ability to read production instructions, quality specifications, and safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Support warp preparation and tie-in procedures to ensure continuous production flow.
• Identify and verify correct Control Cards for all warps.
• Operate Warp Out truck and perform warp tying in accordance with procedures.
• Lease out warp and ensure accurate yarn separation; maintain Warp Board Sheet.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; perform housekeeping as required.
• Fill LIME storage containers and perform battery changes for Warp Truck.
• Tighten beam bolts safely and correctly; identify S & Z twist issues in belting styles.
• Manage job priorities based on production scheduling; organize Warp Storage Area.
• Execute Warp Out Procedures including BARCO declarations; troubleshoot knotter issues (single-end and double-end).
