Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in engineering with 10+ years of progressive experience.
• Must possess DoD Secret security clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret.
• Expert in warhead engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CAD tools: SolidWorks; NX or CREO knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and extend hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead warhead design tasks and coordinate workloads across teams.
• Develop requirements and support budgeting and scheduling.
• Produce technical documentation and deliver presentations.
• Create hydrocode analyses to predict warhead performance.
• Guide junior staff and may lead a project team.
• Maintain confidentiality and support manufacturing engineering.
• Travel as required.
