Qualifications

• Master's degree with four years of related experience or Bachelor's with six years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience supporting DoD, CCMD, Joint Staff, or Service‑level strategic planning activities.
• Minimum three years of senior staff experience supporting Joint Staff, CCMDs, MAJCOMs, or Defense Agencies.
• Strong understanding of joint doctrine, operational planning, logistics, transportation, or strategy development.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and facilitation skills.
• United States Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess USTRANSCOM‑led wargames supporting strategic planning and operational readiness.
• Develop wargame objectives, scenarios, end states, and supporting documentation aligned with mission requirements.
• Facilitate wargame design sessions with government stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Prepare participants with briefings and scenario context for realistic gameplay.
• Produce after‑action reports, findings, and recommendations for decision‑making.
• Ensure USTRANSCOM and JDDE equities are represented during wargames.
• Apply joint doctrine and campaign planning throughout the wargaming lifecycle.
• Support senior leadership with analysis, briefings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with government and external partners to integrate transportation and logistics into wargames.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of wargaming methodologies.
