Job summary

The Bison Group is seeking a Senior Wargame Designer to lead the design, development, and execution of advanced red-on-green wargames for U.S. Army training and analysis.

You will translate doctrine into rigorous game mechanics and work with Army stakeholders, data scientists, and software teams to produce defensible insights. Ideal candidates have expert-level knowledge of military doctrine, multi-domain operations, and game-theory concepts, with a proven track record in complex wargame design

Qualifications

• 12 yrs relevant experience with 8 yrs if degree held.
• Security clearance TS/SCI required.
• Experience supporting Army/DoD/NATO.
• Proven ability to design adjudicated, seminar, matrix, tabletop, or simulation-based wargames.
• Strong knowledge of MDMP, JPP, COA analysis, and mission command.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of red-on-green wargames.
• Translate doctrine into playable game mechanics and adjudication systems.
• Collaborate with Army stakeholders, data scientists, and software teams.
• Present concepts and analytical findings to senior government stakeholders.
