Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Wargame Analyst to design, execute, and analyze wargames and tabletop exercises for DoD and interagency clients on-site. You will translate complex operational problems into scenario-based analytic events and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.

The role requires supporting DoD stakeholders, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Experience supporting wargames, TT(X)s, or scenario-based analytic events.
Experience supporting DoD or interagency stakeholders in operational, strategic, or analytic contexts.
Ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
Ability to conduct independent research and produce clear analytic materials.
Experience leading teams, delegating tasks, and prioritizing work.
Ability to learn new wargaming methods and tools quickly.
Ability to produce client-ready written products and end-to-end event docs.
Must work on-site and meet clearance requirements.
Top Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead design, coordination, and execution of wargames and exercises.
Produce read-ahead documents, injects, player packets, and after-action reports.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into analytic insights for senior decision-makers.
Engage with clients to understand problems, shape objectives, and communicate findings.
Support logistics, coordination, and administrative tasks for wargames.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
