Job summary

The Bison Group LLC seeks a Junior Weapons Systems Analyst to support an Intelligence Client’s mission sets at a U.S. launch base.

You will perform analysis and simulation-related tasks, contribute to threat modeling, and assist in exercises that reproduce adversary scenarios. The role requires strong analytic skills, knowledge of IC/DoD classification guidelines, and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analysis experience, with at least 2 years in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an additional 4 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
• Ability to defend analytic judgments with sound conclusions and adapt as needed.
• Proficiency in producing timely, logical analytic reports and briefing materials using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and operational insights related to foreign and adversarial weapons systems.
• Research and analyze global threat weapon systems and tactics.
• Support exercises by providing Red Force planning input and threat laydowns.
• Assist in development of engagement scenarios and threat assessments.
• Collaborate with Blue Force analysts to assess vulnerabilities in systems.
• Produce intelligence briefings and reports on adversary capabilities and implications.
