Responsibilities

• Train, lead and mentor warehouse associates in all areas of warehousing.
• Ensure productivity and budgeting goals are met in an efficient manner.
• Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates.
• Communicate with leadership to facilitate daily tasks and troubleshoot problems.
• Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
• Ensure inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
• Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
