Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company is seeking a Warehouse Systems Operator Level IV to maintain continuous product flow through the Vertique System, verify correct cases, and resolve alarms or jams across conveyors.

You will operate the VertiView system, monitor the merge area, and communicate with Shift Leads to ensure accurate orders; sanitation, safety, and adherence to SOPs are essential. The role requires willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• 1+ years of experience in an automated environment (preferred).
• Must have at least 6 months operating as Warehouse Picker 1/2/3.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous product flow and resolve jams using Vertique System.
• Operate VertiView to monitor product flow and troubleshoot sequence issues.
• Oversee merge diverts and communicate with Shift Leads about product needs and damaged cases.
• Inspect packaging for correct dimensions, descriptions, and SKUs; prevent damage to products.
• Adhere to SOPs and GMPs; ensure cleanliness and safe operations.
• Collaborate with team to support other areas as needed.
