Job summary

Kincellis Advanced Therapies seeks a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations supporting GMP manufacturing. You will supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, issuance, and shipping while ensuring accurate records and timely material availability.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Planning to resolve issues and maintain compliant material flow. Experience in GMP settings and cold-chain handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• GMP warehousing knowledge and experience required.
• Supervisory experience leading warehouse staff.
• Experience with ERP and inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation, lot traceability, and temperature controls.
• Coordinate material transfers to production areas and support audits.
• Maintain safe, orderly, and inspection-ready warehouse areas.
• Lead training and performance coaching for warehouse personnel.
