Sysco in California seeks a Selector II to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for delivery, using pick sheets, voice-directed systems, and other technologies. This role requires attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities include selecting items, staging for loading, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating electric pallet jacks and other equipment, and upholding safety standards. Physical strength and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification preferred and voice-directed picking training preferred.
• Experience with voice-directed picking systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Order selection using pick sheets, voice-directed systems, or other fulfillment tech.
• Stage products for loading, ensuring correct quantity and codes.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies; assist cycle counts.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
• Uphold safety policies and maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist training of new selectors and collaborate with warehouse staff.
