Job summary

Sysco warehouse is seeking a picker/selector to support the foodservice supply chain. The role involves active handling with electric pallet jacks or forklifts, organizing and palletizing products to fulfill customer orders, and performing other duties as assigned.

You will work in an environment with temperature variations (cooler/freezer) and must stand for long periods, often 10–12 hours daily, in a physically demanding setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
• Frequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs.
• Frequently reach up to 72 inches.
• Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer).
• Work on your feet for 10 – 12 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Active, physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack, and/or forklift
• Organizing and palletizing product to build customer orders
• Other duties as assigned.
