Job summary

Ambi Robotics is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to apply our warehouse robotics to customer environments and lead deployments from discovery through acceptance. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to translate customer requirements into actionable designs and statements of work.

The role involves on-site site visits, ROI-focused analyses, and collaboration with vendors to ensure smooth integration and testing of robotic solutions.

Qualifications

• Understand customer requirements for warehouse robotics implementations.
• Provide high-level system design and ROI analyses in customer proposals.
• Travel up to 30% for site visits and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Uncover, understand, and clarify customer requirements pertaining to implementation of warehouse robotics.
• Prepare customer specific proposals, including high level system design, key process requirements, ROI analyses, and item handling/volume analyses.
• Perform site visits and coordinate with vendors and engineering to specify solution components.
• Develop test plans and carry out customer acceptance testing.
• Create and present customer-facing materials and statements of work.
• Interface with Product, Sales, and Engineering during early deployment phases.
