Job summary

Quirch Foods seeks an experienced professional to lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement across warehousing and distribution in Florida. You will drive home slotting, LMS integrations, and labor standards to optimize throughput and reduce waste.

You will mentor managers, present to executives, and build data-driven processes using WMS, LMS, and Power BI to sustain long-term performance improvements. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable improvements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience developing and deploying engineering labor standards (ELS) and LMS.
• Proficiency with WMS/LMS and BI tools like Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project management frameworks for improvement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end engineering projects from evaluation to deployment and sustainment.
• Create BI reporting with analytics teams to align metrics with goals.
• Guide field teams through deployments using structured change management.
• Provide updates and next steps to leadership on status and risks.
• Collaborate with leadership to align improvements with strategic priorities.
