Job summary

US Foods, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is hiring for a warehouse associate. The role starts at $25 per hour with a Sunday-Thursday overnight schedule from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, supporting inbound/outbound warehouse operations and data entry.

You will prepare routine forms, reports, and shipping documents, communicate with internal/external customers, track performance metrics, and assist with training junior staff. Benefits begin Day One, including health care and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse and delivery procedures.
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents (inbound/outbound, shipping labels, time sheets, requisitions).
• Communicate with internal/external customers to support staff and customers.
• Track data on operations metrics (shorts, mispicks, service level) and report results to managers.
• Assist in training and developing junior clerical teammates.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
