You will manage daily workflows, train teammates, and coordinate carrier dock appointments while ensuring accuracy of orders and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, experience with SAP, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and packing equipment on the 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with warehouse pick and packing operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and packing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the shipment of customer orders following procedures.
• Processes inbound shipments for unpacking and restocking.
• Acts as a lead technical expert, managing daily workflows and resolving issues.
• Provides guidance and cross-training to employees.
• Schedules carrier dock appointments and prepares skids for pickup.
