Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Basic PC skills and experience with warehouse transactions and inventory systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and material handling.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and inventory-related tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials per requirements.
• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight safely and efficiently.
• Operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move products.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control.
• Reading and interpreting work instructions, shipping documents, and procedures.
• Preparing materials for shipment with accuracy and compliance.
• Performing routine warehouse transactions using inventory systems and basic PC applications.
• Supporting cycle counts, inventory audits, and material reconciliation.
• Keeping warehouse areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety rules.
• Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concerns.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support operational and customer requirements.
• Following Baker Hughes HSE policies and standards.
