Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Lead Warehouse Operator in the Golden/Denver/Windsor area to coordinate forklift operations and support safe, efficient warehouse activities. You will combine hands-on forklift work with team leadership, workflow coordination, and shipping/receiving support.

Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, implementing best practices, and training temporary staff while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift with proper and documented training.
• Ability to operate a pneumatic nail gun and tensioner with proper and documented training.
• Strong understanding of safe material-handling practices.
• Strong teamwork, communication, time-management, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work reliably and maintain punctual attendance.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate forklift operations and oversee daily activities.
• Load/unload inbound and outbound trucks using forklift procedures.
• Complete pre-trip forklift inspections.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and quality of work.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Support training of temporary staff.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety policies.
