Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Associate in Shepherdsville, KY to manage inbound/outbound material handling, inventory, and repackaging. The role emphasizes safety, organized work areas, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Shift is 8:00am–4:30pm ET with possible overtime and weekends. You will work in a dynamic warehouse that supports Rivian’s service parts distribution and overall logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized credential preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience performing picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operating in a Warehouse or Distribution Center environment (preferred).
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment (automotive).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Repackage materials to meet the distribution requirements for Service Parts.
• Operate several types of powered equipment (forklift, stock chaser, etc.).
• Identify inventory concerns based on quantity or quality discrepancies.
• Provide input into safety, quality, and throughput opportunities.
• Understand and utilize standard work.
• Maintain the proper use of equipment.
• Support general material handling request from leadership and team members.
• Participate in group efforts to foster an environment based on continuous improvement.
