Job Overview

As the Senior Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will focus on building a culture that supports high employee morale and ensures company policies and procedures are met. You will utilize your experience to improve employee engagement and maintain clear and frequent communication at every level.

Schedule

1st Shift, Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules, assign jobs, and train staff
• Guide, counsel, and encourage employees; improve potential and champion high standards
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with on-site customers and other key partners
• Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections
• Assist with evaluating employee performance, providing written and verbal feedback
• Implement and carry out all company policies, procedures, and standards

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Active Secret Level Security Clearance issued by the U.S. State Department
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, weekends included

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent work/military experience
• 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• 3 years of export experience
• Active Dangerous Goods certification
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or 3PL experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects of various sizes and weights
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Reach, bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
• Handle tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
