**Job Description:**

Cintas is seeking an Alarm Repair Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. Responsibilities include supervising the service team responsible for customer service, sales, and product pick-up and delivery; hiring, training, developing, and evaluating team members to ensure high-quality customer service and product standards; and driving a company vehicle to customer sites while assisting with lifting, carrying, and walking within customer accounts. This position oversees key service department areas such as maintaining customer relationships, handling contract renewals, increasing internal sales, managing route efficiency, and ensuring driver compliance. It is a middle-management role with supervisory and leadership responsibilities.

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active driver's license

**Preferred:**

• Experience in sales roles
• Customer service experience, preferably in industrial or service industries

**Compensation:**

The estimated base salary ranges from $73,810 to $89,998 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance, location, and division. Compensation decisions depend on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
