Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily receiving, storage, and distribution activities.

You will ensure accurate handling, on-time shipping, and compliance with safety and asset-protection standards. You will plan workloads, supervise staff, coordinate with project teams and internal partners, and drive improvements in layout and processes to meet material availability and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ year of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management logistics, finance, business administration or relevant discipline.
• 5+ or more years of experience in logistic/supply chain management
• Managing Processes and management Inventory Cycle Counting, MS Excel Analyzing Information
• Ability to travel locally with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day activities of a defined warehouse team, shift, or operational area to ensure materials are received, stored, controlled, and distributed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Coordinating work across receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping; resolves routine issues within assigned authority.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through location discipline, transaction controls, cycle counts, discrepancy research, and timely corrective action.
• Supervises, schedules, trains, coaches, and evaluates warehouse employees; supports hiring, performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
