M.C. Dean is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Frederick, MD to manage day-to-day activities of a defined warehouse team, ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics/supply chain management.
• Experience managing inventory, cycle counts, and MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, shipping.
• Establishes daily work plans and monitors progress against schedules.
• Verifies shipments and resolves discrepancies.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and conducts cycle counts.
• Supervises warehouse staff and supports hiring and development.
• Ensures warehouse safety and asset protection; coordinates with internal partners.
• Identifies improvements to layout and workflow.
