Job summary

Mack Trucks, part of Volvo Group, seeks a seasoned Warehouse Technician to operate in all phases of shipping, receiving and inventory management in Advance, NC. You will process inbound inventory, pick and ship orders, maintain safety, and mentor peers.

This role requires 7+ years warehouse experience, WMS knowledge, forklift certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The job offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn PC-based applications.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain in-house forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound inventory from multiple sources.
• Pick and ship customer orders and perform count/audits.
• Receive incoming goods and place in correct destination.
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and safety procedures.
• Interact with customers professionally and mentor others.
• Support Warehouse Leads with special projects and cross-training.
