Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate in North Carolina to support inbound, outbound, and inventory management across multiple systems including Mack/Volvo software. You will work with a team to pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and mentorship, with a base pay range and potential bonus eligibility. Candidates must meet extensive warehouse experience requirements and be willing to obtain forklift

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant warehouse experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn PC-based applications
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to obtain in-house forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Process inbound inventory from multiple sources
• Work in Microsoft, DEX in-house and Mack/Volvo proprietary software
• Pick and ship customer orders
• Receive incoming goods and ensure correct destination
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment
• Utilize strapping and wrapping tools to secure freight
• Perform inventory counts and audits
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Interact professionally with customers
• Provide mentorship to others
• Assist with QC and special projects
• Cross-train to cover all warehouse activities
• Support other DEX activities as needed
