Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SC Site Operations for the 1st shift in Georgia. You will lead daily warehouse activities including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and inventory control, driving safety and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and guide managers to achieve financial, safety, quality and customer service goals, while promoting a 7S workplace standard and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of warehouse associates to ensure safe, clean and efficient operation.
• Maintain work schedules and work assignments.
• Ensure time and attendance is properly maintained, monitored and approved.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure efficient utilization.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; take corrective action as needed.
• Provide direction and leadership for managers and supervisors.
• Meet site objectives in financial performance, safety, quality and customer service.
• Train and model the 7S Workplace Organization standard.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Manage stock with staff and external vendors as needed.
