Job summary

Humano is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead daily operations at our Stockton, CA facility. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the operation, including team leadership, productivity, safety, quality, staffing, inventory, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with experience managing fast-paced warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or a related operational environment.
• Amazon experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory, picking, staging, loading, and shipping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the Stockton facility and daily operations.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold warehouse personnel accountable for performance.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and improve productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Ensure safe handling, movement, storage, and shipment of products.
• Establish inventory accuracy and continuous process improvements.
