You will drive performance, coach a team of 25+ colleagues, and ensure Regulatory Compliance (OSHA/FDA) while aligning with company goals and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership, problem-solving, and financial acumen are essential.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; 5–7 years of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and motivates a team to meet goals, safety standards, and deadlines; coaches and trains teammates.
• Monitors KPIs like safety performance, cost per case, and inventory shrinkage; seeks productivity improvements.
• Oversees budgeting, workforce management, and logistics functions (safety, inbound/outbound, labor, maintenance, service).
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration with partners in Franchise Operations, Supply Chain, Safety/Risk, HR, and more.
• Ensures inventory availability and coordinates with supply chain analysts to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Manages facility assets, security, appearance, and operations.
