Job summary

Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead our on-site warehouse operations within a fast-paced supply chain team. You will oversee a team, drive safety, and partner with finance, sales, and operations to optimize performance and costs.

Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in distribution operations management, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with WMS/RF systems and advanced Excel. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred.
• 10+ years of distribution operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership across all warehouse facilities.
• Maintain clear reporting on warehouse performance to executives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing warehouse team.
• Own the budget for warehouse operations.
• Prepared to support shifts as needed.
